The Word says that the spirit of faith SPEAKS (2 Corinthians 4:13) therefore, when we believe for something, we have to DECLARE it out loud.
In Romans 10:17 we read that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. The more we HEAR our declaration, the more faith comes for what we are declaring.
