He Is Faithful

Dear Partner,

Earlier this year the Lord gave me a word that we were going to experience a shaking. That there was going to be some major shifts that would seem like attacks, but to hold on because it was a preparation for major growth.

I am sure that you may have experienced, or even are experiencing right now, some huge turmoil in your life. When you hear a word as I received, one tends to get excited because we are ready for the increase. We want to be more effective and a greater influence for the Kingdom of God. We desire to see more and more souls saved for our Lord Jesus and the Word of God to reach further than we have before.

However, when the process actually begins unfolding, it can be very daunting!

Can you imagine what it must have been like for Noah and his family in the Ark when the heavens opened, the deep broke up and HUGE fountains shot millions of litres of water into the air and water was pouring down faster than any rainstorm we have ever experienced (Genesis 6-8)

This was no pleasure cruise. Huge waves were crashing into the sides, the Ark was being tossed around like a cork and possibly even under water at times.

In just over a month, they were back on a glorious new earth. God had prepared for them knowing what was going to happen. The vital key was for them to trust the Word of the Lord and to obey. Noah’s obedience and action of faith positioned him within the ark (Hebrews 11:7).

Jesus is our salvation. When we received Him as our Lord we entered into the ark of His protection. He has given us wonderful promises such as Isaiah 41:10,

Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.

And Deuteronomy 31:6,

Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.

Again, in Joshua 1:5,

No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you.

This is confirmed in Hebrews 13:5b,

For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.

Now notice what the very next verse 6 says,

So we may boldly SAY: “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?”

That is how we make sure that we are safe within the ark protection of Jesus. We need to 1) make a quality decision to not fear, and 2) we need to boldly SAY!

It is at critical times, when everything seems to be in turmoil, that we must hold fast to our confession of hope. Hebrews 10:23,

Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.

Remember Hebrews 11:1,

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

You have the Word of God as your anchor of hope. No matter what comes your way, refuse to speak words of fear or worry. Instead, lift your hands and begin to praise God. Find the scriptures that promise deliverance in your situation and declare them out loud.

Boldly declare, “My God is for me, who can be against me (Romans 8:31). He promised never to leave me nor forsake me. Father, I know you are with me. I fully trust that you are guiding me to victory. I am safe in Your presence. I trust You!”

Know that Janine and I love you and pray for you every day.

You are blessed!
